- In our shop, due to security concerns, we do not send credit cards as a general rule. We will replace usage statement sent from credit card company.
- Depending on the usage situation of the customer, it may be changed to other means of payment.
- In case of payment by credit, we will take approval of your card on website upon ordering. If you do not get this approval, please be careful as we will not decide to use and order your card.
Number of days before delivery
We will arrange for shipment at the shortest. (It will be arrival in around 2 to 7 days depending on the region)
· Weekdays (business days) order in the morning (until 12:00) ⇒ shipping the day
· Weekdays (business days) afternoon, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays ⇒ next weekday (business day) shipping
Arrival is the shortest delivery date the next day of shipment (some remote islands and distant plus one day).

Products will be delivered from our warehouse in Amsterdam.
For shipping charges
It is 540 yen nationwide (tax included) for each order.Moreover, I will consider it as free shipping when purchasing over 5,400 yen (tax included).
- When ordering multiple recipients, if each destination is less than 5,400 yen (tax included) it will not be free shipping.
We can not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to customer convenience, so please be forewarned.
Regarding the quality of the product we are committed to everything, but if there are incompleteness in the item delivered by any chance, please contact us by inquiry form or by phone within 7 days from the item arrival. We will arrange promptly.
- Defective item exchanges and misunderstood delivery exchanges will be borne by the Company.
- The customer's shipping cost will be borne by the customer. (Former payment)

If you register as a member when using the KINTO brand site, you can order smoothly without having to input customer information every time. Entrance fee / annual fee is free.

Can you actually take the item in hand?
It is attached to the shops of business partners nationwide or at the Tokyo office showroom You can see at. There is no actual store that can be purchased directly for now.
Questions about ordering
I made a mistake in specifying the item to be ordered or the delivery date, but can I change it?
Changes in products and delivery dates can be received if we have shipped the product from us. Please contact us from the inquiry form when you wish to change. In addition, we can not accept payment change after order confirmation. Please acknowledge it.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order before we ship the item from our company. I can not receive it after that. In case of cancellation, please contact us from the inquiry form.
Your order confirmation email has not arrived.
"Order confirmation e-mail" will arrive immediately after your order.
If you do not receive "order confirmation email" at hand after 2 business days or more (excluding long holiday etc.), please contact us from the inquiry form. Moreover, there is a possibility that there is an input error in the mail address at the time of registration, or your mail software is mistaken for spam mail or virus mail. If the registered e-mail address is the e-mail address of each carrier of the mobile phone, since e-mail may not arrive due to anti-spam measures etc, we recommend to register PC address. What if I want a receipt?
In the case of credit card transactions, it is possible to issue it on my page after order completion.
- The letters of "reissue" are written after the second issue.
- Receipt at the time of cash on delivery payment will not be issued in principle at our company. Please use "COD Receipt" delivered by the delivery company at delivery. In addition, for the revenue stamp fee required when purchasing merchandise of 50,000 yen or more, payment has been made via a delivery company, and there is validity as a receipt. Also, as a substitute for attaching revenue stamp, "Stamp duty declaration payment ○ Tax office approved" may be stated.
